Looking forward to hunting season...but I do have a question. If I shoot a bull, but I only have a cow tag, can I claim that the bull wasn't really a bull? I mean ... maybe he'd always wanted to be a cow, but with no choice of his own he was born with the physical attributes of a male. And yet ... on the inside he'd always known he was truly a female. I'm just wondering if I can get the game warden to buy that, because society and the Supreme Court does.

In my limited experience with Colorado game wardens, they don't have much of a sense of humor, nor are they easily distracted. My guess is "no".

Hell, I’d kinda like to watch that conversation!!!! Especially if it was with the little blonde game officer at Hot Sulphur Springs that processed my leftover tag app. 😂🤣😂.

You’d have to talk to the bull beforehand to see if it identifies as a cow elk....or a gerbil, housecat, etc. Assuming he tells you he identifies as a cow, then you can blast him with no problems.

You are just correcting it's "toxic masculinity" after all. Put a pussy hat on it and all will be forgiven.

Ditch the pussyhat. Might cause you some grief down at the county lockup. Happy Trails

Last year I convinced my brother to shoot a calf because we were a long ways from the truck. He did but it lead to a debate on whether one has to take the antlers as evidence of sex if one shoots a bull calf elk. Said elk antlers would be below the minimum antlered elk criteria (less than four inches) but how does one prove that without the head.
So I asked the local Wardens who explained that they can determine age by size of testicles. Apparently they are trained to cup and age without the need of cough.
Brother said the little guy was very good.

I know there are transgender deer. They no longer count sex organs, they measure antler length.

You can also claim the sun is blue, rabbits are elephants and Hillary is innocent of any wrongdoing. Good luck with the wardens.

If you were hunting in Kalifornia it would not even be a question. Make sure you have a clip on man hair bun.
