The Dem's are only looking to delay this for two more weeks. After that, because of Senate rules, the Repub's will not have time to get him approved. They knew the Ford story was falling apart, even though a Fox poll says 50% of those questioned do not think he should be on the court, and they had to do more to delay this process. I'm 70 YO and I have never, not even the Thomas debacle, seen anything like this. This is truly a disgrace and will adversely affect anyone thinking about going through a nomination process.
