Thank you Paul. The hardest part of rouladen is finding beef sliced thin enough.

Goodness that looks good Richard.

We loved the Masa tortillas so much we had them again tonight.

Used up the rest of the flank steak too.

Strolled through the Wal Mart again today looking for Mexican stuff.

Found some good stuff.

The can of Herdez Salsa Casera is gone now.

Good trick to make the Masa tortillas is to place the ball of masa in a ziplock bag, then press down with the baking dish,

You really need that tortilla press. If your local Walmart doesnt have it i believe you can order it to be delivered to that store for free delivery.

Anyway Pizza. And yes that's pineapple. grin

Yonder Wal Mart had no such implement. The stock of Masa Harina we purchased last week or so had not been replaced either.

I personally own half of North Central Montana's masa harina supply. I am kind of a big deal, as I am sure you are aware.

One thing is for sure.....they dont skimp on the pizza toppings in California!

Yes sir. I used to build frames and people would bring me a bunch of corks and I'd put them together. I probably haven't made one in a decade but they have aged nicely.

Somebody else, one of the regular posters, has a couple of round cork trivet/pot stands, that I commented on.

I can't, for the life of me, think who it is !!

Daughter made killer shepherds pie tonight. And used some ground bison I brought home from ranch instead of the usual shepherd. It was freakin’ awesome

Your pic has my ladies wanting rouladen now.
You even had red cabbage.

That's a special meal in our house.
