They are now almost assured of taking the House, and some close Senate races just got pretty tenuous. Our best hope is that with so many Dem Senate races in the mix this time we'll blunder into taking a couple more than we lose.
If Kavanaugh's nomination is approved by the Senate, which I now doubt, the House will impeach him. It won't get past impeachment, however. The Senate would not vote 2/3 or more to convict.
Congratulations to the inept GOP once again. They fugged this up royally.

This is democracy in action? This 36 year old bullshitt allegation is true just because some man-hating [bleep] says so? I’m sick of watching the leftists destroy our institutions, traditions and make a mockery of what used to be a shining beacon of hope for the world to emulate.
This is political grandstanding and is destructive in its goal. It’s an embarrassment to our system and it reinforces the fact that our government is broken, our traditions are under assault and our constitution has been trampled and perverted to suit their anti-American agenda. They should be tried and executed immediately upon a guilty verdict.
