Cajun shrimp ( 8-12 ct ) and grape tomatoes in butter. Wanted so much to put it over pasta or polenta, it diet won’t allow it.

But I’m down to 173 from 198!

Bangers and Mash with some Green Beans and Shallots.

We ate too good for a Friday night.

Couple rib steaks, little white clams I sauteed in chicken broth, and garlic, and poor mans lobster.

18oz T-bone and a bottle of Dos XX amber...

I'm stuffed, can't eat anymore.

hotdogs, chilibeans and tater salad.

A friend gave me some tomatoes from her garden so last nights dinner was a big salad of mixed greens, romaine, tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, cucumber and goat cheese tossed with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. It was outstanding thanks to the proper tomatoes.

Wife is making a tuna casserole for dinner.

I dont care if it fell apart. slap some ice cream on that cherry pie and call it good.

Chicken fried deer backstrap, mashed taters and gravy with corn side. Fried with Crisco.

No pictures. I was too busy eating more than I needed. The wife did an excellent job. I used to be able to do just as well but like not having to prove it!

& Sunday was deer shank Osso Buco. Forgot to take pics ! Lots of leftover meat & sauce, which will appear over the next couple of nights as ragout sauce with egg noodles, & gnocchi !

Had pronghorn backstrap again..wish those little critters had more meat on them. Stuffed mushrooms and a garden salad that didn’t make the picture.

Never had speed goat, but know I'd like it, just about like that !
