Yes it is fully bedded with Devcon 10110 from tang to just in front of recoil lug and free floated barrel, I would have to contact Kampfeld to find out on the muzzle threading, that I do not know, and I have not shot this rifle in over a year since I took the nightforce off and installed it on my new custom build but I may have some old targets laying around.
