Agreed, I can get 28 oz of Siracha for $4, or spend $3 for 6 oz of some real hot sauce.

Australian prices are ridiculously high on everything.
Aussies are stolen from every which way they turn.
I bought a Model 70 in '93 for the same price you pay here in the states, today.
They pay a hell of a lot more for the local ADI powders than you do here in the US.
Nice place to visit and I do miss the beer............

Gack...... on all hot sauces. I like to taste my food. Properly used hot sauces are an accent, not a cover up. A bit of Crystal or the like in a soup or gumbo actually brightens the other flavors.
