I'll never forgive Roberts for shoving Kenyan Care up our asses. I thought the same way but by showing Nobama the way by exectutive order/tax Trump was able to do away with it. If had been ratified into law we would be stuck with it forever and yes I was one of the many having to pay the penalty.

Think about it...Ginsburg's, Sotomayor and Kagan's intellect vs. Kavanaugh. What a joke, would be 100 pts short if you added all three together. Again, Ginsburg's temperament has been exposed by past comments about Trump, should have recused herself on issue of temp visa blockage from Islamic countries, but did not. If we keep the senate I wonder if RBG might just retire. Although she has been definitely hanging on for a change in the political wind, I wonder if knowing it will be at least two more years might just be enough for her to go. She really doesn't look good these days.

I wonder how long the Court would tolerate an illness that kept a Justice from showing up at 1 First St NE. RGB has had cancer a couple of times but stayed on. Her mind may be good enough (by some standards) when she's paying attention, but she seems very weak, and lacks an ability to pay attention for any length of time.

At her age and her physical appearance she could be dead as a hammer in a week. She will most certainly have some significant calcium deposits in her carotids or coronaries that would spell curtains if things go wrong. Steve. I think impeachment by the senate is the only remedy. Aint gonna happen. Correct, to remove her is the same process for impeaching/removing a President. The house would have to vote to impeach only by a simple majority vote. Then the Senate has to vote to remove by a 2/3 majority. The D's would never go for it. She could be in a permanent coma unable to sit on the bench and the D's would stall hoping she hangs on until another D sits in the White House.
