Making these wings tonight. Made once before and were uncommonly good!

Those look good.

Do you use sherry?

I have never seen it for sale.

I am boiling some potatoes, onion, carrots, shallots, corn, and smoked sausages.

Water and chicken stock.

Man night wife at movies with daughter and sisters.

Shredded BBQ boneless pork ribs wraps in naan bread topped with tillamook cheddar and a pickle slice.

Washed down with a Windmer Hefe

Mortadella on a crusty baguette tonight. No condiments, no cheese, just right.

Taqueria de Conrad.

You already have the beef.

You'd like mortadella, you'd love a muffuletta.

Yeah, that stuff has not made it to the Hi Line yet!

So whats with this naan bread?? You mention it quite often.

Looks like a messed up tortilla.

You make it your self?

Middle Eastern pizza dough is the best way to describe them.

Just another variety of leavened flat bread.

Wife buys package of them every couple months. Then we have to figure creative ways to get rid of them.

Kind of nice though. Keep them in the reefer then pop them in the toaster.

Its a good beer. It was free. Alas beer snobs poopoo it now because Widmer is a large public owned commercial brewer.

Unless the beer is fermented in the rotting corpse of a camel then transfered to the bladder of an elephant to be dispensed by the cock of a albino blue whale under the pall of a blood moon then it cant be a good beer.

Have you guys tried an air fryer? My wife bought one and I used it to make wings yesterday.

Out of the park.

We have had one for a couple of years and wings are what it's used for most. I use to do them on the grill but like the ones off the air fryer better.

Referring to the wings Jim?

Don’t have sherry so I used apple cider vinegar.

Ours is too small.
They are slow, and you really can't do wings for four in a decent time.

Good for fries.

Make/model ?

A pard owns a bar/grill and it's my understanding that all aren't created equal.

TIA

I am sitting here sipping a martini watching the Alabama/Missouri game smelling the exhaust of the pressure cooker that is making a pot roast. Mashed potatoes, gravy and broccoli will follow. My wife is running the show tonight.
