I have a friend who has been carrying signs in front of a local “provider”. There happens to be a homeless bum who frequents the same stretch of concrete. My friend wonders if it would be okay to “choose”” to push the bum into the roadway just as the bus comes by, or if consent is necessary in this instance. (I think it would be okay as long as the bum doesn’t resist, but the idea of prior “consent” now airing on many frequencies throws me into a quandary.) Please help.
