Dinner tonight will likely be served late as I just pulled a pork loin out of the freezer to thaw.

Will be making my version of wienerschnitzel. No panko crumbs on the pantry shelves so Miller Light beer batter it will be. Pretty good as I've made it often. Garlic green beans and red tater salad on the side. Ice cold milk.

I usually do Ribeye but the local Kroger had the T bone for $4.99 lb so I tried them this time.

I went to the local Aldis for the first time since it opened over a year ago and that pack of those big legs/thighs was $4 and some change. I also picked up some scallops but haven't tried them yet.
