Think again! well, there is that delicate little talked about issue. when humans expand their territory, new lands are colonized. lot's of east asians, siberians, etc. did find their way to North America. maybe some polynesians found their way to south america. and then there's the vikings, egyptians, even early hebrews & phoenicians. the human colonization of the urth is quite a story, if we could piece it all together.

This land was not invaded by the Pilgrims. Yes, the Indians were here, but not first as NYGfan said. Putting that aside, this land was a wilderness, not a country. No borders, no laws, no declared Nation, nothing. Therefore it was not invaded by anyone and no permission was needed to entire. It was literally an open border wilderness.
