Excellent condition Remington 700 LTR in 308 Win.  HS Precision stock; 20-inch fluted barrel, not threaded; 1:12 twist.  Tactical bolt knob installed by Pro-Precision Rifles (boltfluting.com) and trigger tuned to 4#.  Includes EGW 20 MOA picatinny base and 30mm Weaver tactical rings. I am the second owner; original owner barely shot it, and I have put a total of 300 rounds through it--all factory, mostly 168 grain Federal Gold Medal Match, which it shoots MOA at 100. Never shot for groups beyond 100, but easily made head shots on steel silhouette at 400. Sorry, no box or papers.

$700 shipped lower 48 to an FFL who will receive from a private seller. No trades.

I can add a like-new SWFA SS 10X42M (link) with MOA-Quad reticle and side focus for $350.
I also have 180 rounds of 168gr Federal Gold Medal Match ammo I can offer with the rifle for an additional $150 shipped. Must ship separately.
I am not interested in selling the scope or the ammo until the rifle is sold.

I have the Compact Tactical version - basically the same rifle but with a Bell &Carlson stock. Mine is second hand also. The original owner was nice enough to swap out the B&C stock for the HS version. Mine also shot the Federal load into about an inch, but it does much better with the AMAX - much better. Liked this rifle so much I bought an LTR in 223 and had a rifle built in 260 with this blueprint in mind (though the barrel is much heavier and I chickened out and made it 22"). Mine is NOT for sale. Your price is quite reasonable, should be easy to sell ...
