---YES I KNOW IT'S your granddads Noble mod 222 , and it's been underwater for 3 weeks ,
And YES I have 30 more in the same shape. I will try to get it cleaned up and working But it will take Time AND Money just be patient. Thank You Rant over!

Sorry for the flooding. I would be interested in how you refurb rifles like this. What can be fixed and what needs to be replaced?

It kinda depends on the gun and the cusstomer This Nobel I am griping about will get the wire wheel rust removal treatment and cold blued , the stock will be sanded down and allowed to dry and refinished with spar varnish. Its a 50 buck keep in the chicken house , shoot rats so not much will be done except make it work. On the other hand that BAR in here will get the full polish and hot blue job and a replacement stock from Browning , others will get a new hunk of wood from wherever one can be found.
