Personally I’d want more magnification on a range finder with 3,000 yard capability. It does sound interesting.
I got banned on another web site for a debate that happened on this site. That's a first

I played around with one a little bit at the store. The image stabilization is pretty impressive. If they had higher magnification and would have added the image stabilization to the 4000 yard model I would have left with one. Curious to see what comes out next year.

Seriously doubt their specs. Ive read a few complaints about it. My Geovid can't come close to those ranges.

When I start shooting deer at 2 miles it will be interesting. Given the inability of rangefinders to actually range a fuzzy critter at remotely close to those distances, you'll have to take up shooting barns and silos at 4000 yds..........

When I start shooting deer at 2 miles it will be interesting. "One hot summer's day a Fox was strolling through an orchard till he came to a bunch of Grapes just ripening on a vine which had been trained over a lofty branch. 'Just the thing to quench my thirst,' quoth he. Drawing back a few paces, he took a run and a jump, and just missed the bunch. Turning round again with a One, Two, Three, he jumped up, but with no greater success. Again and again he tried after the tempting morsel, but at last had to give it up, and walked away with his nose in the air, saying: 'I am sure they are sour.'David

Compared it to the Sig 2200 and Nikon 4000. Bought the 4000.

It kicks ass. Handheld out to 2700 on reflective and trees at a mile. Light fog and misting rain doesn't seem to slow it down.
