A friend of mine had an interesting conversation with a Brazilian exchange student that he was hosting. He told my buddy that it was the common belief, in Brazil, that once the political situation is right, the United States would eventually be made available to them. A world without borders is the perfect scenario to usher in a New WOrld Order. Once the populations are fully shuffled and mixed, a worldwide governance body will be less objectionable. But first western culture must be diluted and nationalism and sovereignty must be outdated and maligned.
