I have found a 2002 made 336 in mint condition. The individual wants a new 336 Texas Deluxe. I haven't kept up on values, is this a good deal?

Is the deal the 2002 for the Texas Deluxe ? If so, not an even trade. The Texan is worth more.

Maybe if he gave you $300 along with the 336..............unless it's a 336W, then he should give you more.

It is a 2002 year of manufacturer Marlin 336W JM stamped 30-30 never been fired, with box and all paperwork. He wanted a Texas Edition in trade not a Texas deluxe. Good or bad I bought it for $400.

Buying it was better than the trade.
