Is a percussion conversion make it use 209 shotgun primers?

No, either #11 or musket caps, obviously not for BH209. Same setup as the Western model, but with no sights on the gun it won't do for irons-only areas.
What fresh Hell is this?

Overkill, I saw the plastic jackets and though they were weird, so I guess a bare primer is in order. I know very little about the Knights . I just want a real good quality muzzleloader. I hardly care about the price. People , for some reason spend thousands of dollars on the regular 9 day gun season in Wisconsin but forget all about the 10 muzzleloader season right after gun season. If I spend $1,000 on a sport I love, have 5,000 ac. of public land 4 mi. down the road all to myself again yesterday , I figure $1,000 is actually cheap . I just want a muzzleloader that doesn't throw bullets all over the place. I may even go smokeless. You might also want to look at the Patriot from Woodsmans Arms if you dont mind spending almost a grand. Very light and they have a McGowen stainless barrel with nitride. https://woodmanarms.com/product/the-patriot/If you can wait a little longer CVA is releasing the new Paramount bolt action based on the B-14 action and the HMR stock. Actual selling price might be much less. B-14 actions are based on the Rem 700 so some parts may swap. A bunch do on the regular B-14s. It will have this stock and a similar action. Supposed to have a Triggertech trigger too.

I'm in the market for a new ML. I last one was a CVA Optima Elite. After speaking with a CVA tech, he recommended getting a newer model as there is no replacement parts for that model. Fair enough.
Looking at a CVA Accura V2 Nitrite or Traditions or T/C
Can you tell me which of the Traditions and T/Cs I should be looking at please?
Also
Can anyone tell me about their experience with the Federal Premium B.O.R Bullets.
Thank you
HaYen If you need parts and can't find them, contact Ahlman's Gun Shop in Morristown, Mn. They do tons of warranty work for Remington, Winchester, and others. They have full machine shop capabilities on site, and a room full of parts guns that is very impressive. They've got it, they can get it, or they can make it.

Thanks Overkill. I dont need all the power if some of these guns. Heck, my home made 340 gr. cast bullet @ 1,500 FPS.would suit me fine.

I bought a T/C Impact about 5 years ago. It was cheap. The cheapest one the store had that wasn't a CVA. The first 2 shots at 50 yds, with 100grs of Pyrodex pellets hit 1" high and were almost touching with open sights. I cleaned the rifle and shot the next 3 shots at 75yds with the same powder charge. They made a perfect clover leaf, with 2 touching, that were dead on at 75.
I think I paid $159 for the gun.
Camp is where you make it.

TZONE, I have a question. I have an Impact like I said. One thing about it is it is very sloppy . I can actually twist the barrel and the stock and there is at least 1/16" of play in it. It seems like a loose hinge pin in it. Is yours loose and wobbly?
