Yup, they've about c-hunted themselves to irrelevance, they scream equality till they want preferential treatment. hell, with lard buckets still for sale and some kind of plastic sex robots on the way, they may have f-ucked themselves over really good this time, I will admit to not watching out for them like I used too, they caused that.

I have always kept my distance from female coworkers.

LOL, the thread title is easy to do, I don't like em any way, save a couple, have nothing in common with women on the street and certainly don't think like them.

I hired a 20 something year old secretary once. My supplier shows up the same day, sees her and pulls me aside. "Do you know she has a sexual harassment lawsuit going against her last employer?" Gulp!

Fired her that day. Not worth any risk. Guess I was actually ahead of this curve by about three decades.

The further away we get from our biological imperatives, IOW the further we get from the way we social primates evolved to survive, the worse things get and the more detrimental it is for our societies.

Women try to make themselves sexually attractive enough to entice a male to fertilize their eggs. Men compete to impress women that we are the most worthy of fertilizing those eggs. Men are attracted to healthy women of child bearing age who display attributes most associated with producing strong children. Women are attracted to men who display signs of wealth and status who are most likely to be able to provide for those children. There are other reasons to like a member of the opposite sex and especially after a stable pair bonding those reasons become less important, but they are still the bedrock foundation of all male/female relationships for homo sapiens.

Why do women wear makeup at work? The only reason for makeup is to enhance a woman's sexual attractiveness. There is absolutely no advantage that lipstick or eyeliner can provide to increase one's job performance as an administrative assistant or a CEO. Yet no matter how far up the corporate ladder a woman climbs, she still instinctively tries to present herself as sexually attractive.

Women evolved staying at the home base and taking care of the offspring in a cooperative effort with other women. Men went out and hunted in cooperative efforts, then brought that food home to the women and children. Women instinctively want to create a comfortable nest to entice the men to bring home the food they killed. Men learned to bring that food home and instinctively want to protect and provide for the females and offspring.

Porn for men consists of viewing images of the bodies of women who display attributes associated with strong children. Porn for women consists of stories about "taming" the dangerous, high status male and reducing him to a position of controllable domesticity, men who are most able to provide for and protect the physically weaker females and young children.

That worked well for a lot of millennia.

Bringing women on the hunting trip goes against all of that and really isn’t working too well.

It's funny. Most the guys around my age at work are the same way at this point. We've seen it all and know the danger. They young guys - many of them still don't have a clue. There's gonna be a lot of gnashing of teeth in their future.

The key to avoiding all that trouble is indifference. Once they see you aren't interested in them or interesting to them (that's key), they are all someone else's problem.
Unless, of course, you're the boss. Then you're screwed.

It's only a matter of time as no one in their right mind is going to have anything to do with a woman if she's seen as a legitimate risk in the future.
