Tiny Elvis wasn't happy getting left behind this morning, so took him out for 3 miles this afternoon

Haha, poor Tiny. Yes it is the same rifle from Monday's outing. It was a gloomy, snowy day on Monday hence the pic quality suffered. It's a Legendary Arms Works Professional .280AI. I like this rifle setup shooting 162gr ELD-x hand-loads in more open terrain where the shots may be a little longer. It's like antelope hunting on that particular BMA.

Plus-one for the 7mm ELD's. The 180 ELD-M is a great bullet; I use it in my heavy 7 WSM. Love the 162's too of course.

I've been working out, just not posting. Cardio yesterday. Still having problems with the ankle, seems to be some sort of bone bruising or microfracture causing a sharp pain. Going for an MRI and CAT scan next week to see if they can find anything.

Luckily, I've far exceeded my deductible for the year.......

That IS lucky! Dayum. I need to get with the program. whistle

Yeah, you've had quite the year. May 2019 be better.

Hopefully it's "just" a little spur or or adhesion or something they can clean up easily.

Finally manned up and ran in the cold, felt good, except all the parts that hurt!!! Only 1.3 miles, but haven't run in a while so figured I'd work back into it slowly.

4.5 miles on the trails with Tiny E, had my spikes on but only needed in a few shorter sections, better to have them and not need them, than need them and not have them laugh
