Makes ya almost feel sorry for them. OR not.  My daughter is vegetarian, except when she's at our place, then she'll eat what ever we cook !! Rooster, you jumped right in with both feet ! Doesn't seem that long ago you were inquiring about smokers & such.

I really enjoy cooking for company and I couldn't sit here and drool over your guy's pictures forever! lol You make some good food up nort der, eh. Lol, I think the "vegetarian thing" came mostly from necessity - struggling adult student in big city (Toronto), but she sticks to it unless home !

Outta this world, real flavour ! Oh I bet! Occasionally I buy a 1/4 of beef from my cousin. They are natural feds, raised on corn & oats, ground feed, corn silage and alfalfa hay. You sure as heck don't get flavor like that from meat bought in the grocery store!
