Dinner tonight is toasted BLT sammies with no 'maters eek slathered with Dukes.Happy with the store brand mayo for years but they changed it for some reason. Corporate america ain't happy unless they're messing with something.

Bought a small CI griddle and I need the grease !

Scalloped (not escalloped - that's as bad as opossum) potatoes and ham and some green peas.

Me too.....frozen are the worst and that's odd because most frozen veggies are pretty good.

Meat hash mixture- bulk chorizo, ground beef, onions, potatoes, cabbage, some chili powder, cumin, granular and fresh garlic. red wine.

Canned refried beans ala Charlie.

Soft fajita tortillas from the local panaderia.

How you fellas can eat canned green beans is beyond my comprehension. I hated green beans all my life until I picked some fresh from a garden. And ate them right there. A light saute and that's about as cooked as I need them.

But at least y'all are getting some greenery down the tube, right?
