This is contained in the law:
"... allowing the shooter of a semiautomatic firearm to initiate a continuous firing cycle with a single pull of the trigger."
This doesn't describe bumpfire or bumpfire stocks, since for each round fired, the trigger needs to go through a normal cycle of release and re-engagement accomplished by a new contact with the trigger finger each time. This defect in wording would seem to nullify the law as it was meant to pertain to bumpfire devices, but doesn't.

We live in a country where there are only two realistic choices on a ballot, in most cases. You either get the R or the D. In the 2016 presidential election, we had the option of the most crooked and dishonest politician in history, or Trump. If Trump does some things I don't like, I'm going to live with it. You know why? Because the alternative would have done absolutely nothing that I would have liked. Some folks are so damn whiney.
