The rifle won't be completed until summer and I was going to wait until then to show this. But, this relatively new guy is a gem engraver with some real talent at a very fair price and relies on word-of-mouth for work He deserves the attention. Oh, and he answers the phone and does the work himself. Google Gary Griffiths Engraving. Current backlog is about a month. Brno 22 project. Blackburn. Sorry for the grainy image.

My search yielded a nice Field & Stream article on Griffiths but no contact or other info.
If the rest of the rifle is in keeping with the floor plate then it will be something to behold indeed, can't wait to see more.

Ping pong balls for the win. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. Dan Gable I keep my circle small, I’d rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.
Ain’t easy havin pals.

My bad, try Gary instead of Gareth. gary griffiths engraving should bring up his website. My search yielded a nice Field & Stream article on Griffiths but no contact or other info.

Gary also did the engraving on my .280 project. He is located in Preston, Idaho, if that helps with the google search. I agree that he was both quick and affordable. Combine that with high quality, and it is hard combination to beat.

Kind of you to say, but don't hold your breath. I kept the center of the floorplate devoid of engraving in case I shoot a big buck with the gun. I'll send it back to Gary and he can fill it in.

That's the same thing I always wanted to do with a rifle. My largest whitetail to date was taken with a savage 99 though so it would have to be on the receiver.
