Bear creek Arsenal makes left hand side charging uppers that are very reasonable. They also offer barrels in 450 bushmaster, 6.5 Grendel, and 224 Valkyrie, among others.

I'm a lefty and have no problem shooting a rh AR as long as it has a brass deflecter upper receiver whitch most have, I did get tattooed by a tavor bullpup once though!
