Made the trip back to Texas again and was able to connect on a nice 8 pt. The hunting has actually been tuff in the Breckenridge area this year due to the rainfall that has kept everything so green and the deer have had plenty to eat. They just didn't seem to be as active this year as before. Congrats on a great deer. I started shooting the 130 gr. TTSX bullet in a 270 this year and out of 4 bucks we shot with it, none had to be tracked. Hope you had the same experience with them.
