Just fyi. Selling ,transferring a firearm interstate without an FFL ,is a federal felony for both seller and buyer If they meet in TN that's not Interstate are you sure it doesn't just apply to shipping directly to a person interstate? Mike

Just fyi. Selling ,transferring a firearm interstate without an FFL ,is a federal felony for both seller and buyer He was in no way going to do this.......current FFL on receiving end..........
