Potted meat sammiches, and maybe Vienna sausages later. mm, what's your favorite brand of pm. Deer hunting in deep SC years ago. Potted meat, Penrose sausages, pigs feet daily. Virtually absent from store shelves here and I miss them in my snack food.

I finally got around to using some of that Riced Cauliflower I bought awhile back. Made a simple Riced Cauliflower Pilaf.
It was edible but nothing to get excited about.
I still have a pack of the Cauliflower Sweet Potato mix but if it's no better than the first pack I think I'll just stick with Rice..
