Technically not dinner tonight - Souse Vide'd this moose roast this evening - It's for a work function tomorrow. Four hours in the circulator to 135 degrees then seared it on the cast iron griddle on the gas grill. It will go in the slow cooker with some beef broth, some madolined very thin onions then get served on slider rolls with a little horseradish sauce. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/fcCKpFQ.jpg)

Smoked a brisket today. Had it with potato salad and cole slaw. Great weather, great brisket.

Marinated / baked split chicken breast with a new rub I'm trying sitting plate side with some canned spinach and au gratin taters. Ice cold milk . Somebody remind me to go pick up some ice cream.

BLTs (used Romaine lettuce, so if I disappear from posting, you will know why) with English Muffin Toasting bread. (Come to think of it, the father-in-law of a friend of mine was named Romaine.) Also did some Red Robin frozen onion rings in the Heir Apparent Fryer. Did some Port of Below mushrooms in butter, sprinkled with Lawry's, put chopped green onion in the center, and melted some Motts of Rella cheese on top.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.
