Haven't handled one. Heard they are much more dynamic than the 425/525/625 guns? More "Italian" like? Shoot a zoli after 4 different 525&625's.
Haven't shot sporting in over a year but can't bring myself to sell the zoli.

I shot a few 725's. with 32 inch barrels and just love them. The low profile receiver along with slimmer profiled barrels the gun balance wonderfully in your hands. You would think you were holding a Browning 425-625 in your hands with 28-inch barrels. In my opinion, the low profile receiver seems to be "Softer" shooting on the shoulder than the standard box receivers of the previous *25 models. The vent rib is wider than I remember most Browning sporting shotguns to have.....makes it so easy to acquire the longer sporting targets or for doubles trap.

My only complaint is Browning feels everyone should have a ported target gun....I hate ports.

I had a club member shoot a Browning 725 28 gauge with 32 -inch barrels at 16-yard trap and broke a 24. The birds broke with authority.

Browning hit it out of the ballpark with the model 725 If Browning offered a "Left hand" model in 20 gauge or 28 gauge I would have one.

I can attest to how nice the 725 is over the old citori....noticeably lighter when shouldered, more refined, points light a dream and swings much better. I had a 32" version but needed to sell it while I was out of work a few years ago.
