" . . . Out of 17 Gillette shaving products sampled by TINA.org that listed a country of origin on packaging, only two packs of cartridges for the Fusion5 and the Fusion5 ProGlide razors were labeled 'Made in U.S.A.'

"The rest of the cartridges, razors, and blades were either wholly or partially made in Brazil, Mexico, Poland or China."

"Gillette opened their razor manufacturing plant in St Petersburg, Russia, near Pulkovo airport, in June 2000, it represented an investment of $40 million and pretty soon was employing 500 people, which made it one of the major razor manufacturing plants in the world with a capacity of 860 million blades a year."

Nothing like insulting and putting blame on 75% of the people that they are trying to sell their crap to. They must live in a cave and never heard of Dick's Sporting Goods.

Nailed it.

Your toxic masculinity is showing.

I taught my sons to love and cherish the women in their life. And they pass that down to their boys.

Gillette should've had a segment on how single women raising boys can create a more stable environment.

Maybe the ad is aimed at women. They buy and use razors also, and if I need disposable razors my wife gets them and I don't think I've ever told her what brand to buy. Probably more women than men buy the household supplies.

Procter and Gamble takes Consumer feedback and comments (complaints) very seriously. Rather than spout off about it on an internet forum that no one at P&G will ever see, take five minutes to hit the web form below for Gillette razors. Voice your opinion somewhere that may make a difference...

I just did that:

"I love my Fusion razor..... I found the "Toxic Masculinity" advertisement extremely offensive. Unless this issue is addressed in a public amends kind of way I will never buy replacement blades and continue to complain to my online friends (one of whom suggested using this contact)."

You may not yet realize the hornets nest of resentment that this ad has created. Please advise... lots of men await you response..... which will be widely reposted....

"The Best A Man Can Get"? Really.... you have some amends to make".

Thanks for the suggestion.... I really do love my Fusion razor...… suggestions about a quality replacement brand?

I quit Gillette when they took an antigun stand in the late '60's.

I refuse to give Proctor and Gamble all my online information just to email a reply to their asinine man-hating advertising campaign.

Same here. When I'm in the sauna, I'll get a nice hot shave with a Walmart disposable and real foam about once a week or so.

Big volume at the bell is typical for PG, but the 1.6MM that went yesterday looked institutional to me. Per trade volume was also larger than usual. It recovered quickly after hours so this might not have gotten as much press as the Nike incident.

EA is another good lace to look to see what happens when companies do this sort of thing.

International Jewery?

Looking at the executive level of the company PG hired to do these ads, they are all or nearly all Jews, so the output of the company contains a good dose of their typical social engineering. They are very very good at this and get a lot of bang for the buck. Who else could scheme a way to get paid to make a razor commercial attacking masculinity, with a series of white females facing aggression at the hands of white males, until a mud male steps in to rescue them?

Historically speaking, wasn’t King Gillette a Fabian ( or some kind of) socialist to begin with?

Someone look that up. I gotta go load some calves this morning.

since I don't shave anyway, there is not a lot of boycotting I can do. I did write them a snail mail letter though, telling them how buttazzed stupid their effort is.

I've worked as a consulting engineer in many P&G installations and I can tell you that the place is run, top to bottom by dykes and f a g s. Gay pride banners & displays are everywhere in the buildings.

It's funny, they won't give out references or commendations for work well done just in case you turn out to be an ax murderer and sully their reputation, but they have no problem promoting coprophilia.
