Based on what? Cohen plead guilty to charges of tax evasion, making false statements to a bank and lying to Congress. Sounds like he has a problem telling the truth. But people will believe anything!

No client can "Order" his/her attorney to violate the law.
If Donald Trump asked his attorney to violate he law, and that attorney did indeed violate the law, then the criminality lies 100% on the shoulder of the attorney, not the client.
Not only that, Cohen is swirling the drain as is the Mueller investigation, so both are grasping at straws. Cohen to reduce is jail time and Mueller to keep his Witch Hunt alive.
In other words,
NOTHING TO SEE HERE.
