I reload 180g Nosler partitions. They've killed everything I've hit.

I found the Nosler AB to be highly accurate in my Savage WSM but they waste a lot of meat. The Partitions are excellent both ways.

You all seem to have better luck with noslers than I...

Every weight and caliber I have played with, both partitions and accubonds (and RDFs, ballistic tips and others) hasn't shot worth a damn for me. When I accidentally hit something with them (especially the partition and accubond) they've killed really well, but the accuracy just isn't there for me.

If you want max penetration a Barnes TSX/TTSx mono or Hornady GMX. No partition or bonded bullet will match them .They also tend to be very accurate.

Partition, best for that application. A Bear Claw would be great too.

First choice would be 180 gr. TTSX. Second choice would be 180 Accubonds. Third choice would be 180 swift scirroco 2's. I have used all with stellar results

This, or the 180 NAB, whichever shoots best.

I've used the 180 NP in the 300 WSM from 50 yards on bull elk to 548 yards on antelope, and a bunch of stuff in between.

It doesn't get better.

Maybe you will be luckier than I , and have a gun that shoots everything accurately.
Otherwise you will have to find what shoots better in your set up.
Good advice given so far.
I might add the 200 gr partition to the list if you can’t get the 180’s to shoot to your satisfaction.

Although I haven't hunted with them in years I still have two 300 WSM's(Sucko A7 and 85) and they both are quite accurate with 180 Partitions.

64-65 grains of H4350 or R17 does the trick.

Only a deer hunter and they worked great on the 3-4 mule deer(and a whitetail or two) that I shot with them.

sit in the corner and listen. You might learn something.

The 225 ELD-M out of my 300 mag shows promise at 2700 fps. Excellent accuracy and can't wait to try it on game. The 200 ELD-X was too soft for my liking on bull elk at 100 yards. The 225 should be decent out of the WSM.

155 Scenar is whack master in my custom 300 WSM.
165 Accubond is the same in my Sako 85.

Pretty sure we're talkin' Montucky, so 1:10 and 2.85" box confines. I loaded 150 TTSX's for my son's sheep hunt is said rifle. 165 TSX/TTSX is how I'd roll. You're going to want to dig pretty deep on a brownie and possibly break some bone. 180 Partition Gold is another candidate, but like finding hen's teeth these days.
