As much as I dislike the Saints, that was a blown call by the ref. It ranks up there with the Saints/Vikings game a few years back as well as the Vikings/Cowboys game in 1975. AGREE

If anyone cared to look I'm sure there are some great compilations of bad officiating calls on youtube and elsewhere.
I would bet that most of the very worst ones would come from the Olympics.

The no-call in the Saints game was a bad call. But we tend to only remember bad calls late in the game. There were multiple no-calls that should have been called on the Saints all through the game that could have completely changed the outcome of the game.
I didn't have strong feelings either way, but leaned slightly towards wanting the Sains to win. They didn't lose because of one call that didn't go their way. They lost because they played a sub-par game. They had chances to put the Rams away and didn't.
Most people don't really want the truth.
They just want constant reassurance that what they believe is the truth.

My father was adamant that Don Larson's last pitch in his perfect World Serious game was low, and outside for ball four. You good folks are old enough to remember 1956?  Listened to it with Dad on the radio.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.

I believe it was Super Bowl XIII, when the Cowboys got a pass interference call against them, that gave the Steelers a first down. Steelers won the game. Next day the NFL apologized for the call, saying it definitely was not pass interference.

I've been watching pro football since 1960. That non call last night was about the worst mistake I ever have seen. It wasnt a mistake.

I've been watching pro football since 1960. That non call last night was about the worst mistake I ever have seen. The ONLY way that was a mistake is for the official to not be looking. How could the official not be looking ? The play was there. The ball was there. The only explanation for no call on that play is fraud. Yep, a pro ref couldnt see it but ALL the announcers and 3/4 the fans saw it, but, no, not the ref. It looked like the ball got to the reciever with the defender. IOW- F You suckers. In your face like Fl elections and Trumps collusion.

He says the only way to get the games called right is to have legal betting.
Only then will this crap not fly.
Actually, the mob would still get a few close calls their way every weekend, but you wouldnt see crap like with NO.
