GeeDub,I have one of them there M 70 Featherweights 7x57,but it is a SHOT SHOW Special.


It has a plain old Weaver 4x on it. I had a M 70 Featherweight SHOT SHOW Special .257 Roberts on order and when the dealer said it would be 6 months or so before it would arrive I said "Forget it!" BIG mistake on my part.

You have a fine collection of hog killers in your possession.

This is my .257 Roberts,it's a Mauser 98 with a Browning barrel and Browning stock with a Leupold 3-9x.

10 + Mils of 88 ELD wind at 1K currently and building. Tough to beat a good Chinook breeze,for herding Chrome and the coupla inches of rain forecast should more than do it.

I have his brother. Love the rifle but it's difficult to find a load it like better than factory Federal Blue Box 140gr.
