Some definitely do not.. I tried to limit to those that actually tried, and successfully used the courts to go against the anti-gunners and/or states that attempted to limit rights under the 2A.. I think I voted for about a dozen total..

I dislike the whole nomination board for the members. It's pretty much the NRA choosing who they want to be on the board and then "allowing" the members to choose from the list they make. I think the NRA is more about politics than just protecting the 2nd...

Otherwise voting is a waste.

Every one of the sitting fudds needs to be replaced. Maybe then the NRA would actually fight against gun control

Saw the ballot. Only two members by petition. 176 recommendations to the sitting board -- covering 59 people of whom the board has approved 33 or whatever of whom 25 will be picked. I'll take a close look at the petitioners and if the board wants them too. One petition guy says he's also a lifer at Second Amendment Foundation. I like SAF. Of course, the token celebrities will get the most votes, which I think is bogus. I might vote for five or so people total.

How can we get J. Edgar LaPierre out as Executive Vice President dictator and have a fair election for a new person as chief operating officer and impose term limits on LaPierre's successor? Is it even possible to depose him? What would be the procedure? I am unlettered and unlearned and don't understand how someone has gained control of the NRA and can't be dislodged.

They fail to recognize the enemy as the enemy and naively think the enemy are just misguided and ill-informed and that they can be negotiated with. I want a platoon of Ted Nugents on the NRA board. LaPierre needs to go too. He has failed to adapt to the evolving battlefield. We can only advance our rights if we are more ruthless and cutthroat than our enemies.

Another gun forum that I'm on is the Pa. Firearms Owners Assoc. (pafoa.org). There's a similar thread running there, most of those guys have voted or plan to vote only for Adam Kraut. http://forum.pafoa.org/showthread.php?t=343737I haven't looked at the candidate write ups yet so haven't figured out how I'm voting yet. Dale Adam Kraut was on there last year, but didn't make it. I watch his vids regularly on you tube (The Gun Collective). Another good choice who I've been writing-in for the last few yeas is Rob Pincus.

I know Ron Schmeits personally - and know he will vote the best course, even if not palatable. Very conscientious individual.

Still working on my ballot. Any other picks?
Also, need city and state to write in anyone. Where is Ron Schmeits from?
Was Rob Pincus mentioned? I made a note of his name but need his info to write in.
I'm open to suggestions. Wish we could vote LaPierre out. He's been there way too long as have most of them. It's like the DC swamp.
Thanks

Let's bring this back to the top. I got my ballot in today's mail. Bob Thanks. But can anybody list 10 or so good people to vote for and briefly say why? I can't learn much from the frief descriptions in teh NRA magazines we get except for recognizing a few celebrities.
Don't blame me. I voted for Trump.
