Anybody out there have any experience? How does it shoot with the pistol bullets?
A golf course is a sad misuse of a perfectly good rifle range.

I dont have one so I have no idea! But ... I use quite a few pistol projectiles in my 358Win to predict that its possible. I'm also a fan of the 0.411" calibre so was ready to build a 411/338 until I realised there are no round-nosed FMJ projectiles in 0.411". That means getting the semi-jacketed FN 41cal projectiles to feed from the magazine might be challenging, as they are in my 358Win. Still ... I'm considering a 411 wildcat at some stage as the ability to practice with pistol projectiles is a major cost saving bonus. Cheers... Con

A-Square reported it shot well with pistol bullets when they were forming .400 Pondoro cartridge cases (now evidently named "Dual Purpose"). The write-up is in the A-Square Reloading Manual.
