Have you posted the stories in regards to the bears or the ram?

If not would luv to hear even the readers digest condensed version of either or both.

I hate to ask, but how long do they live? Are they cursed with the large breed short lifespan?

Actually they have a 10 to 12 year lifespan.

The description Sam quoted describes him to a tee. Excellent family dog, lets the kids do anything with him and has never batted an eyebrow. Great with their friends but suspicious of all strangers. Really intelligent dogs, he wakes up my boys by name, just tell him who to wake up and he’s on it. I can leave a steak on the coffee table all day long and he wouldn’t touch it. He’s almost 3 years old and he hasn’t gotten into trouble once in his life, that’s no joke.

Up until the day we bought him I had never heard of a Pressa Canario, I’ve always had Rottweilers, but he sure has grown on the family. Some days he’s too relaxed though.

That's very similar to my German Shorthairs. I can't leave a steak on the coffee table for three seconds and they haven't gone a day in their life without getting in trouble.

That one under your left arm's sure got those trouble eyes!!!!

Oh yeah! She is the mastermind.

I don't recall having mentioned anything on here about that sheep or those two particular grizzlies. They were taken on a DIY backpack hunt that I made with a friend of mine in Alaska, (when I lived there). It was in the eastern Chugach Range and that unit is now a limited draw area. I shot the bear on the left.

The ram with blood on his face was taken in the Talkeetna Range.

The stories about one of the other grizzlies, the caribou and the elk were published by Sporting Classic's though.

Unfortunately, I spend too much time farming in the summer to do much fishing. I do a lot of bird hunting though.
