I understand. I have three 300 WSM's. The Norma works fine in the other two. Weird, but true.

I feel like the odd one out....

180gr Speer Hot-Cor over IMR4831 lit off by a mag primer.

I don't know why... that Hot-Cor bullet can just fly so much better than anything I have tried.

I use the Norma Brass in my 300 WSM and it hasn't given me any problems.

My Loads are 180 TBT @ 2950 and a 212 ELDX at about 2850. The brass has been loaded about 5 times.

I have some Norma brass, 175 lrx bullets and just trying to choose powder. Have not found any load data for h4350 which I have along with Ramshot Big Game and R15. Or should I buy r17? Decisions decisions.

I took my Sako A7S 300wsm to South Africa and killed a Blue Wildebeest, Warthog, Impala, White Blesbok and Copper Springbok with 150TTSX’s. All 1 shot kills except the Wildebeest. I shot it quartering hard towards and we immediately went after it. It laid down 30yds away and when we walked up on it he stood up drunk and staggering so i put another round in him. Loaded 150 Accubonds and 150 TTSX’s with the same recipe straight out the Nosler book with amazing accuracy. 59.5 grains of RL-15, Nosler brass and WLRM primers. Both loads produced 5 shot jagged holes at 100yds. This load should work great on elk sized game.
