hi. I'm looking for a scope that is a "second focal plane", has target turrets with zero stop and locking turrets. I would like to get a light duplex redacle, a 3 x 15, or a 4 x 16 or maybe up to the 20's. 30 mil tube, side focus and a Good clear glass. I haven't found one that has all of the above. Please help me. I will use it for varmint shooting. If you know a scope that has all of the above, please let me know.
Thank you.

Check out the Nikon Monarch models. Very good glass, and they are very dependable.

Getting locking turrets with a zerostop will be tricky with a simple Plex reticle.

Generally, Meopta Optika6 scopes will be right up your alley, but I wouldn't expect them to be available until May/June.

I'm the meantime, consider one of their MeoPro scopes.

I did some research and it's near impossible to get something that checks all your boxes:

Burris - Everything they've got with zerostop is also FFP, and nothing with that high of magnification has a simple duplex reticle.

Athlon - The Midas BTR gen II has everything but locking turrets.

Hawke - Will not be able to fill the duplex reticle. The new Frontier will have zero stop, locking turrets. avail in mil dot, LR dot. 30mm tube. Best glass they offer, $700-800 price range & will be avail this summer.

Meopta - The Optika6 4.5-27x50 SFP with Z-Plex reticle. Only box that it will not check is that the magnification may be too high and the windage is not locking

Steiner - Nothing close
