Got a Ruger Longrange Target Rifle in 6.5 PRC saturday. The speckled, boring milk chocolate brown was too much. Painted it in an artificial, fake, imitation GAP camo job. Does that make it a custom?

Doing the homemade GAP treatment on my Tikka turned it into a custom so I would think it would do the same to a Ruger....

I bet square pants is a shooter. Not my style but a good example of form and function. Just don't put any pirate decals on it, not even Capt. Krabby.

Great looking camo. Just ordered my LRT 6.5PRC and have been lurking at all possible mods and couldn’t help but notice the trigger shoe on yours huntsman22....any chance you could advise where the shoe was procured?

Thanks

Trigger shoes aren't as common as they once were. Ebay and gunbroker are the best bets to find them. The Rugers take an Ace #5, or even better, a Pacific D-5..... Think steel for shoes, the aluminum ones like Tylers, are POS's.......

Laws aren't preventative measures. In other words, more laws won't prevent gun crime from happening.
