I dont reckon this is gonna turn out well....... Just now came to the thread and haven't read past here, but I am willing to bet that you are correct. Eagerly awaiting posts stating that the only meat that the poster's family eats is that of the rare southern snortbear or something similar.

Very tough to answer but for me after much thought I would have to say beef. Favorite meat. ?? Pork! hands down, with it I can have bacon, sausage, ham, pork chops and grilled loin, are there better cuts? sure, particularly in the African bush, but here, for a lifetime all arounder, pork is unbeatable for me.

I'm about elked out as well. If I had to choose just one itd be ribeye off a properly finished steer.

It'd be almost a tossup between pork and chicken, for me.

I say door number 11, moose also. Maybe because I only got it for about 9 month’s, then elk, then beef prime rib,

I'll second on the lamb. Don't know if I'm part Hannibal, but rare chops are to die for. Other than that, moose.
But I like them all. With that, heading to make breakfast with homemade pork sausage.

I am rather partial to chicken. I like it fried, roasted, stewed, smoked......cooked just about anyway. I also like pork and beef. I could probably be pretty much satisfied with any of it for the rest of my life. I like seafood, but not compared to the others. I hate lamb On the other hand, barbequed mutton is good if it's cooked right.
It would be hard to pick just one, but I do like chicken.
