Domestic, I would have to say T-bone steak off my cousins natural fed beef. They get corn silage topped with a ground feed mixture of corn and oats twice a day and alfalfa hay to chew on. The flavor is out of this world.
We are just finishing up a 200 lb (hanging weight) hog that was commercially (but locally) raised. Very little flavor. I'm about porked out from that. We prefer barley fat. So, ground feed made of corn and barley?
