I have a set of Brunton lite-tech 8x32's that are about 7-8 yrs old. I used the piss outa them and i feel they were a very tough pair of bino's with great clarity.

I gave them to my son last year. well by the end of the year they seem to have lost some of the focus. The still are very bright but it almost seem like they are pulling on my eye's. you know like it feel's as though one eye or both are being slightly sucked outa my skull.

Can bino company's recondition their optics? And is the price worth it or not. I'm not sure if Brunton has a lifetime warrentee or not.

It sounds as if they are out of alignment. Many companies will realign their binoculars under warranty or for a modest charge if the warranty no longer applies. There are also some reputable repair firms who can realign the binoculars for an occasionally more modest price. I believe Doug's Cameralandny provides that type of service. I would check with the company first though as 3rd party repairs can void the bin's warranty.
