Thanks, I appreciate it. What I meant was, they're not coming here for "asylum," and they didn't know what asylum was until they decided to illegally emigrate and boned up on what they needed to say if they got caught. Asylum is a total sham. I get that their home countries are not good places to be and they want to leave but that's not a reason to ask for "asylum." If they really wanted asylum and had a legitimate reason to ask for it, they would cross legally at checkpoints and go through the process. Not cross illegally, wait until they're caught, and then say "I want asylum." In fact, the act of crossing illegally should disqualify them from asylum in my opinion.

SPOT ON. = We NEED to pass a federal law that anyone who crosses the southern border ILLEGALLY is FOREVER prohibited from entering the USA & applying for asylum, a green card and/or citizenship.
