I don't care if they were howitzer cannon with flamethrowers glued underneath.

What do you have against sawed off shotguns?

Looks like the backlash is pretty bad.

Benchmade's FB page is lit up... https://www.facebook.com/Benchmade

The question is: "What will they do now"....??

My guess is they have two options.

First is to apologize and try and re-earn their customer's support by their future actions.

OR

Double down and tell everyone you support the police, military and gun rights, and ride that horse down the road.

Which will they do?

There are lots of dolts praising that grin

No contact from Benchmade and it looks like they are going down the tubes. I will be surprised if they survive. Their political stance is more than enough to sway me. My Benchmade knives are back in their original boxes and in my safe. A Kershaw Cricket is in my pocket. I am done with Benchmade. As a side I see politically Leopould swings the same way. Sad on both counts but I guess it is just part of the Oregon left. Neither company will get my support from now on. Just please don't tell me Ruger, CZ, RCBS, and Hornady are in the same boat. Thanks to those who pointed out these two companies who support taking away my rights.

I'll take your no good Benchmades.

Depends if BenchMade can survive long enough on Government contracts for people to forget.

Reading through all of these posts will make a fellow chuckle at those of us who laugh and hoot bravo when we see the democrats eating each other.

I can't wait for all the Fire guys to start posting up their BenchMade knives in the classifieds. I'll wait it out as I will have no competition for buying them. Once they are at pennies on the dollar I will buy them all. I won't need to buy anymore pocket knives and if I lose them no big deal. It's a win for me.

Nobody is saying Benchmade isn't making a decent product. I don't recall anyone saying they are "no good" but you.

Why do you in about every post in here try to deflect away from the fact that they did support anti-gun politicians, as well as provide services/equipment to destroy firearms?

People have a choice who they spend their own money with.

In today's anti-gun climate, and seeing the vilification of gun owners, I feel it's safe to assume that a company that makes it's bread and butter with people that use firearms should be expected to not support those that would deprive us of our Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

We can spend money with who we want. To the firearms community, to be caught sleeping with the enemy is the ultimate betrayal, for we all know that OUR dollars went to the enemy.

You can try, but you can't paint it any other way.

I am just wondering when you all are going to get rid of your computers, tablets, and cell phones. Those companies give a whole lot more to the anti's than BenchMade ever did or could.

When did HP & Samsung make most of their income off of hunters and shooting sports communities?

Right. Because clearly that's all that matters.
