BOYCOTT! The sad part is you do not have a clue about the "Work Order" despite the posted responses from both BM and the PD.
Mark Begich, Joaquin Jackson, and Heller resistance... Three huge reasons to worry about the NRA.

True colors coming thru now. F benchmade. I am related to an upper level manager for benchmade. Avoid any purchase from these lid tards. No more xmas gatherings for me. Boycotting Christmas when you got nothing to stab Santa with. #1800MYCUTCO I have a fixed blade Cutco. Got it as a gift years ago. One of the finest knives I've ever owned. Saw some for sale in Costco today. They got everything there. Wish they were closer. Something else that they started selling whole. Lean pork bellies. I picked up a whole side and am going to do it on the smoker as a ‘pork brisket ‘ But,,,,,,the sumbitch probably came from China ! I’m gonna down it anyhow. Edited to add: $ 29.50 for the whole side.

I don't need anyone to tell me what I already know. So need to tell you your a hypocrite? It's been fun, later. I'm not the hypocrite in here. Not once have I told anyone what computer to buy, what knife to buy, what website to visit, or to sell their Yeti's, Benchmades, or Leupold's. I just said who wasn't meeting my criteria of who I think I'll be buying from in the future due to political affiliations that are public record. Same as my vote, I made that decision myself. If a candidate votes against the 2nd Amendment, I am confident I'll not vote for them. And just like what I buy with MY money, ...who I vote for ain't none of your fuggin' business.

Benchmade is in Kurt Schrader's house district and Wyden is an Oregon Senator. So to some extent, Schrader and Wyden represent Benchmade. I can see why Benchmade might donate to elected officials from their area if they want favorable treatment. I don't know why they would give money to Udall and Heinrich, although they may be on committees that affect Benchmade's business. I'd say it's pretty standard for businesses to donate money to people who might make decisions that affect them.

Only deal is that ( caveat I don't generally read these threads very deep) I'm sure BM was not FORCED to cut em up. And there fore did it voluntarily or for pay also.
Thats about enough for my brain to operate with in this day and time.
Twig is a whole other topic I don't care for either. Probably boycott both.
We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....

Let me see if I understand this, if you use Apple products, Microsoft, buy laundry detergent from a liberal company, actually do any business with a liberal company then it is ok to do business with Yeti, Benchmade and other outdoor based companies even though they are supporters of liberal democrats and still be able to claim moral high ground?
Is this because, well you have no choice? really? Is supporting the NFL, NBA etc... no choice also? how about Netflix, CNN etc.... ?
Seems to me we do have a choice, and like being an informed voter we can vote for certain companies that support our ideals with our dollars... that is what is called freedom....
So inform yourself , make a stand and vote with your dollars... that is real..... or you can just say fug it, cant make a difference anyhow....... a little integrity is a good thing these days....

I'll type real slow this time, you're on a HP computer. 60 percent of their Political donations are Democrat, and that is public record. For the last time, you are a hypocrite if you bend the rules to appease your personal satisfaction. I'd say it's pretty standard for businesses to donate money to people who might make decisions that affect them. So it should be common practice for gun shops to donate to brady?

Hewlett Packard doesn't make their main money from the gun and hunting community, and stab their supporters in the back by supporting the very politicians that would take our guns away. If you are too dense to understand that aspect, then please continue down your hypocrisy path.

I don't know who you're asking directly but (speaking for myself) yes, I'm angry that Benchmade assisted their local PD in cutting up those guns. And more to the point, I'm angry that, that local PD and Benchmade somehow equate cutting up guns, with committing some form of public service that makes their community more safe. It doesn't. It's a lie. And it offends me as an American. Does it offend me to the point that I would never own or a use a Benchmade product? No. But it does offend me to the point that I make Benchmade aware that their actions are insulting, stupid, and without cause. Travis
