Are these the same quality as Nosler seconds? Any concerns?

Have been using them for years. We drive down and pick them up at the retail store.

No issues. Usually they didn't wash up bright enough or they have a tiny lead tit on the very point.

Toss a few in a plastic pistol bullet box or a large caliber rifle bullet box, shake for about 5 seconds and it knocks the tit off.

At the Factory Store, they scoop your bullets out of steel drums and sell by the pound. My sons, daughters and their spouses, have all killed a lot of game with those bullets. Just not quite as pretty or packaged as nice as new.
Currently loading in 11 calibers as well as in sabots for the ML's

No, they're not as nice as what I've found as seconds in Hornady. Especially with the resin tips. Some of the tips are in backwards, missing or partially seated. Also, with the seconds being scooped from barrels and sold by the pound, you have to watch about other caliber/wight bullets being mixed in.
