Brisket yes, bacon no.
It takes me a while to cook bacon the way I like it, completely cooked but zero burnt. I am not a bacon snob at all. I'll wolf it down in any way, shape or form..... Bacon? You can cut it, chop it, or even puree it. I'll eat it.

Coho on the grill. A baked sweet potato and a good salad.
Tonight I may fry some good Louisiana Oysters. Dipped in egg wash rolled in club cracker meal fried hot till golden brown. Still juicy inside.

Friday night was steamed walleye with Thai seasoning, coconut basmati rice & sweet chilli sauce, with a side of brussel sprouts sautéed in bacon fat ! ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/pyroI9B.jpg) Saturday night was pork chops n beans n brussies again. Sunday night, home made bacon, tomato, cheese, guacamole & spinach quesadillas.

Sunday pot roast for us.
I just sort of winged the seasoning. Salt and pepper, white pepper, sage, thyme, garlic and onion powder.
Carrots, onion, potato, and parsnip.
Was very little left.
