Fredrica,

Your keyboard is slurring(again).

I enjoy your very long list of amazingly WELL founded Insecurities,as much as your Imagination and Pretend. Hint. Congratulations?!?

The only way Nuzzler could get a bullet right,is if they bought from Hornady outright. Hint.

Bless your heart for trying.

Hint.

Laughing!...............

Alright, Larry, I've got another Mauser to build on, and dont want to use that small(kreed) of a case. What's your thoughts on a 1:7 224TTH?

I'm not a Mouser Fan and cain't help but factor Mechanics,in any/all equations.

The TTH doesn't do anything for me,though I've never 224'd on the Mouser hull(nor would I). The Kreed is simply 22-250AI-esque case capacity,as it falls outta da' box and less any fhuqking around or bullschit. You COULD derive TTH hulls from Lapooey 8mm Mauser Virgins, but dat's a fair amount of fhuqking around. I can't see going outta my way,to make easy schit stupid...so I simply do not. Alpha Kreedmire brass alone, rates splendid enough to build a rifle around. Hint.

[Linked Image]

8" in Kreedmire very obviously stabilizes the 88 and I'd not go 7"(obviously did not). Barrels don't get "smoother" as they age and Crocodile Skin, conjoined with accelerated gross RPM(twist rate and lineal velocity conjoined),can be rather tough on boolits. Hint.

TTH case capacity mirrors 22 CHeetah Mach One capacity(have one) and 22-250AI/Swift/Kreedmire capacities are birds of a feather. The Kreedmire simply STEALS the fhuqking show.

224 Kreedmire and 6mm Remington(TTH's parent)

Hint.....................

I've already got a 22-250 (1:12 Hart) on a 700sa, it's great for squirrels inside 3. But I'm in Comifornia and want a light shooting blacktail rifle and am relegated to monos. I'm sure a 1:8 would fit the bill too. If I were building from scratch and choosing an action, then yah, a short action would fit the bill. But I'm not putting a Creed on a 3.3" action.
Thanks.

Maybe a 22-8Gibbs would fit the bill!

I'd throw a real barrel on the 700 '250 and go 8" 224 Kreedmire there,at no more than 23"...then trip the Mouser to an unsuspecting boob.................(grin)

Neah, keeping all my schit.

Which mono? What ever TF shoots! Barnes first, then Nosler or Horny. TTSX are far more common on shelves around here. But big Brown and all the others can find my addie.

Besides, the Hart barrel is a 1" truck axle in an H-S Precision stock. Turning it into a hunter would be way more $ than it's worth.
